A meeting was requested by a customer that manufactures ROPS (Rollover Protection Structure) for the agriculture and turf care equipment industries. They needed a solution to correct a problem in their current design that would eliminate rattling and noise that occurred in mechanical folding portion of their current ROPS design. Industrial Spring was able to assist with the design and manufacturing of two flat spring designs that would allow the assembly of the spring into the current design without any additional fasteners that solved the problem as requested. We now produce 50,000 – 100,000 of each item per year.
